Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, text, graphics, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Testerink Studio unless otherwise stated.
Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or used commercially without written permission.
Artwork Purchases
Original artwork is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photographic representation.
All sales of original artwork are considered final unless the artwork arrives damaged.
Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Commissioned Artwork
Reservation & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve a commission slot and begin project planning.
Work will not begin until the deposit is received.
Approval Process
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving sketches, concepts, or reference materials provided during the process.
Requested changes after approval may result in additional fees.
Completion Timeline
Estimated timelines are discussed before work begins. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity, studio workload, illness, family emergencies, or circumstances outside the artist's control.
Reference Materials
Clients must provide photographs or other materials they have permission to use.
The artist reserves the right to decline projects that violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
Copyright
The artist retains copyright to all commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchase of a commissioned portrait does not transfer reproduction rights.
Art Therapy Practitioner Services
Services offered are educational, creative, and supportive in nature.
Art therapy practitioner services are not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, or medical care.
Participation does not establish a licensed therapist-client relationship.
Individuals experiencing mental health crises or requiring clinical treatment should seek assistance from an appropriately licensed healthcare provider.
Limitation of Liability
Testerink Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, products, services, or artwork.
